Hello. Please check out the rules for reference, if you have not done so already.
If you need help on a forum, ask the moderator of that forum, though in all likelihood, you could just ask any member for technical assistance. We're pretty nice here, just like on the Anti-Chapel, although we have a few more rough spots than it does.
