He seemed like it to me. I mean, seriously, he didn't care that he was going to die, and every bit of development he got in SCIII was just gone in IV.
As the Joker said: "What happened? Did your balls drop off?"
Poor Siegfried. I think he's just emo that everyone used to love him, and now they're all chasing after the jailbait girls of the series!
