My vote? The scene at the end of the Arius boss fight.
Arius: NO! IT CANNOT BE! I WAS GOING TO BE THE KING OF THIS WORLD!!
Dante: King, huh? Here's your crown! *shoots Arius twice*

That was truly the best scene in the whole game.
For me it has to be in DMC 3 when Dante jumps off of Temi-ni-guru after his first fight with Vergil and wastes all those enemies along the way, the whole sequence just bleeds badassness. |

Where Dante went berserk right after his first fight with Vergil in 3 and punched the Yamato's blade and didn't feel a thing. _________________ "I am a blooming Lilac in the dread valley; beauty in an ugly life, and when the rain comes to bring life to a dead land, my purpose is served, and I fade away, to return when death takes the valley once more."

Killing Phantom in DMC1.

Of such great powers or beings there may be conceivably a survival... a survival of a hugely remote period when... consciousness was manifested, perhaps, in shapes and forms long since withdrawn before the tide of advancing humanity... forms of which poetry and legend alone have caught a flying memory and called them gods, monsters, mythical beings of all sorts and kinds...
