You're required to.
It's not updated often, so you should read it when it is, because chances are it's important, being maybe an update on policy, or answering a question more than one member has.
BTW; IT'S OKAY TO REPLY AND GIVE YOUR TWO CENTS.
Regular users can't make new threads there, but you can reply. You should reply. I need to know what you guys think of the administrator's decisions.
