Poor Iga. I'm siding with him on this particular issue. _________________ Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the one's who don't. | Yeah I was really annoyed when certain folk jumped all over Judgement when we only had a few screens. Same goes for OoE. |

It is unwarranted. Even though I've been gone for a bit (as per my usual routine), I've been keeping tabs on Judgement since the initial announcement, and I saw it as a natural spin-off title for a successful series. Never once have I doubted Judgment. From the trailers and such, it looks to be a VERY good game. _________________ Therapists like me get a bad rap even though we're out to help people. Poor Iga. He's garnered a lot of fan hate over the years for little to no reason, and it's finally biting him in the ass. I feel sorry for the guy. I mean, he makes a controversial decision that could really help the franchise by reintroducing some of the classic characters (Simon Belmont and such), and he's really trying his best to balance making money for Konami with keeping fans happy. It's a hard thing to do. I vote we give Iga our full support and buy this game (provided you already own a Wii). I mean, the guy does deserve some credit (like for Symphony of the Night), but a lot of the hate he's garnered is for things he actually didn't do (he basically provides production money and advertises, but people think he does everything), so I think he deserves a break from the hate. _________________ When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. It's the same thing that happens whenever just about any game goes thru a drastic change. People moan about how the series is going to hell and all that jazz, and whaddya know, once they finally put their prejudices aside and play the game in question, they end up liking it. _________________ ]Is the iPhone the Next Great Force in Portable Gaming? I wouldn't buy a Wii just for the game (but I already own one, so go me!).
I WOULD buy a PS3 just for Metal Gear Solid 4 though. _________________ Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the one's who don't. You seem to be forgetting the travesty that is Soul Calibur Legends. Controversial, yes. Good in the end... are you f***ing kidding me? At least we now have Soul Calibur IV to remedy that mistake. _________________ I am a warrior. I fight for the Mother Moon, whose dark light shines a pale beauty upon our eternal land. It is true that not every controversial decision turns out well, but what about the Wii in general? For such a controversial idea for a console, it's done very well. And the fact that despite it's track record of iffy games, games on the Wii seem to be selling quite well. _________________ "I am a blooming Lilac in the dread valley; beauty in an ugly life, and when the rain comes to bring life to a dead land, my purpose is served, and I fade away, to return when death takes the valley once more."

Being able to sell very well does not guarentee that said product will be of high quality. |

But it means its probably good enough to buy it. _________________ When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. No such thing ever existed. No tears will be shed by me If I can't play this, even if it's UNGODLY AWESOME.
I only plan to buy the star ocean 1 remake for PSP this fall. My only cave-in purchase would be the Dragon Quest 4 remake for the DS.
So no, no Judgement or OoE either way. |

Poor Chaos. he gonna miss out.
Don't feel bad. We'll just spamyou with endless links of Youtube videos of Judgment to pressure you into buying. _________________ I am a warrior. I fight for the Mother Moon, whose dark light shines a pale beauty upon our eternal land. Shine on Moon, and show your children the way...

Miss out on what? I don't really like fighting games anyways.
And OoE still reuses rondo/SOTN sprites, and has unimpressive level design (from what we've seen so far). |
